Ngene & Associates Advocates was founded by Ms. Sylvia Mbaire Ngene, an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Commissioner of Oaths. With a Bachelor’s of Law Degree (Second Class Honors) from the University of Nairobi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, Ms. Ngene brings a wealth of legal expertise to the firm. As the Managing Partner, she oversees the day-to-day operations and ensures that every client’s needs are met. Besides this, Ms. Ngene is also a certified Public Notary and is in charge of business development and compliance, ensuring the firm stays ahead of the curve.

Ms. Sylvia Ngene is a hardworking and diligent legal professional proficient in conducting detailed legal research, preparing and reviewing complex agreements, and participating in negotiation meetings. She possesses extensive knowledge of the law and legal procedures, along with well-developed critical thinking skills.
